Dynamic Buttons

Each time you create a new page, a new button will be created along the navigational menu across top. This operation will happen in real time. In other words, you will not have to pay us to update the site navigation menu every time you add a brand new section to the CMS. Email Manager
Allow visitors to easily sign up to receive newsletters, specials and other correspondence by entering their contact information directly within your site. You can then organize the emails into groups, create templates, add a header and footer that will give your messages a professional look, consistent with your existing marketing collateral.
A special feature of our email manager is that it sends messages to the recipients one by one. Sending each message individually will maintain the recipient’s privacy by only having one email in the “To:” field. As a result of this, you are not compromising the email addresses of other clients by sending one mass list of addresses in the “To:” field. Email Masking
Protect your email with our Email Masking Module. This module works by converting your email into bindery code to prevent Web crawlers from adding your email to spam lists. We highly recommend purchasing this module if you have never had your email on the internet before, rather than waiting to see if it becomes a problem. Once the Web crawler has your email, you may be on their list for years.
Events Manager
Automatically have events that have come and gone, removed from your site without having to do anything. Simply fill out the event details and specify a date for the event. This event information will then be displayed on the site until the expiry date is reached and automatically be removed from the site. In addition, each event can be linked to a full document file (PDF, WORD etc.). No more outdated information, keeping your site current and relevant at all times.
Meta Tag Editor
Our Meta Tag Editor module allows you to easily add / delete certain words that you want search engines to find, without having to edit the HTML code. Simply click on a link within the CMS, enter the new meta tags you would like, and then click submit. The module will then automatically overwrite the old meta tag code.
News Blasts Module
Set up a news ticker on your web site to display prominently on whatever page you would like. Each news article will display a date, headline and small text lead-in. Site visitors can then click on the article to read more information about the event. To add news events you simply have to go to the appropriate area of the CMS and you can easily add / edit / delete postings.
Photo Gallery

While the base content manager will allow you to upload pictures and text, there may be certain areas of the site were you would like to feature a large gallery of photos and captions. Our photo gallery module has been designed so that you can quickly upload a large amount of pictures to a standard gallery format. To update a photo gallery you simply have to log into the CMS, go to the appropriate site gallery page, and then pick photos directly from your desktop. Print This Page
Ever print from a website and the page is cut off ? Ever use up all your ink, printing from a website? Add the Print This Page Module to convert your entire site into a printer friendly version (without having to find that little icon). This module also allows you to format to any page size, automatically inserts your companies header and footer, giving users the ability to pass on your information easily, in a document style format. Go anywhere within our site and select File / Print Preview.
Product Catalogue
With our product catalogue module you will be able to easily update the product section of your site. To update a product, simply log into the CMS, go to the appropriate site page and select “add new product.” You will then be able to upload a product photo, price, and description automatically formatted into a table to present a consistent, easy to view design. Basic Search Engine Optimization
This modules includes the input of approximately 20 search words into your Meta Tags, a 25 word description of your company into your Meta Description and submission of your new web site to the top three search engines. In addition we will spend a couple of hours tweaking your main page content to focus on several key words for search engines.
